Ingredients:
1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk (unsweetened)
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)
Sliced almonds or shredded coconut (for topping)
Instructions:
Blend mango with the milk until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with almonds or coconut before serving.
Note: Soak Chia Seeds for 5 to 6 hours in water/milk before using it for any recipe.
